PRICE OF WISDOM...

                                  ACHES SHAKE MY TASTE BUDS!
                                PRICELESS! ABSOLUTE JAW GAIN, :)
                                      UPSURGED WISDOM TOOTH!!

I was very excited always about the fact of wisdom tooth's arrival :) when suddenly now they have started erupting I realize there's alot of pain.. Surely NO pain No gain :)

                                       WITH AGE COMES WISDOM
                           LESSONS LEARNT FROM LIFE, SCENIC!
                                  AMEND US MANY WAYS :)

A famous saying yet so true how ever immature a person looks like it just a way he or she might have accepted the trails of life.. Change is the constant thing, life gifts us every now and then.. :)

The above haiku are written for HAIKU HEIGHTS the prompt this  week is WISDOM

  1. Your take on the theme of wisdom in the first poem is interesting. Frankly, the tooth of wisdom didn't occur to me:)). I thought of the inner wisdom gained through observing nature which you called:(LESSONS LEARNT FROM LIFE, SCENIC!). I like the philosophic touch in your poems and in the blog as a whole, especially the statement:(I AM BORN TO RULE AND NOT TO BE RULED).

    1. Thanks rita :) wisdom tooth were my obsession till last year when I used to think all my childish looks will vanish into thin air once they arrive.. (nothing as such happen :D)

My statement is because I feel I have my own space or world in this universe and have the ability to rule either way I like :)

      Thanks again :)

  5. Argh, wisdom teeth can be very painful! I had one growing the wrong way a few months ago and the pain distracted me from everything. Couldn't even focus on revision for my exams.

I guess it is figurative in a way- that no wisdom comes without a price :)

  13. Very nice take on the prompt, MAHARUKH. Most of us are thinking only learned wisdom but you included the teeth which are associated with having wisdom. And added some humor. Thank you.
    ..
BTW, I have one wisdom tooth that has never surfaced. The dentistis say just to leave it be there, buried. The others have been pulled when they began to decay.
